Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required
  • Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Compassion and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 45-50 students
  • Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and outcomes
  • Engage in school-based meetings and team planning
