What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based SLP roles is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Committed to providing direct, in-person services (no remote or hybrid work options)
- Passion for helping students build communication and language abilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing assessment, intervention, and therapy planning services to a caseload of 45-50 students
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reports in collaboration with educational teams
- Consulting with teachers, families, and specialists to support each student’s unique learning goals
- Delivering speech and language therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication in accordance with best practices
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation as required by district and state guidelines
- Engaging in team meetings and professional development activities as needed
