School Speech Language Pathologist - Syracuse, New York

Qualifications:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience delivering services in school settings is preferred
- Ability to address a range of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork with staff, students, and families
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students identified with communication needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Educate and empower teachers and caregivers to reinforce strategies within daily learning routines
