Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active SLP license for New York (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience with K-12 populations is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy approaches to virtual or in-person settings, as required
