School Speech Language Pathologist - Syracuse, NY

Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLP license in New York State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience providing speech services in a school setting, preferably K-8
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Passion for fostering growth in students with a variety of needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in K-8, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic journeys
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize student success in the classroom
