School Speech Language Pathologist - Auburn, New York

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New York State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, particularly K-8 populations
- Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and demonstrate effective communication
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based SLP services to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and accurate progress reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth and participation
- Engage in parent and teacher consultations as needed to foster student success
- Document session notes and adhere to compliance protocols and timelines
