School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Marcellus, New York

This position offers a consistent daily schedule, running from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, four days each week, totaling 21 sessions weekly. You'll collaborate with school staff and families to create positive outcomes for diverse students in a supportive educational environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Background in school-based settings, with experience serving K-8 preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals related to speech and language needs
- Comfortable with group and one-on-one sessions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress and session notes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage professionally with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
