School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sycamore, Illinois

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP processes and development of therapy plans
- Comfortable supporting K-5 age group
- Supervision support provided if required for CFY or assistants
Responsibilities:
- Serve students at a single elementary school, primarily during the first semester
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for communication and language disorders
- Collaborate with general and special education staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation
- Provide consultation and educational resources to staff and families
- Assist in transitioning caseloads to returning SLP as needed
