Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid GA licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcome
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Passion for providing engaging, evidence-based therapy to diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as required
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and strategies
- Maintain necessary documentation and student records per district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation and resources to support classroom learning and student integration
