Speech Language Pathologist in Hephzibah, GA
Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist, working closely with staff and families to help students succeed. This full-time contract opportunity takes place during the 2026/2027 school year, with a 37.5-hour work week from Monday through Friday. While on-site service is preferred to foster collaboration and hands-on support, virtual candidates may be considered if an on-site SLPA is secured.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Georgia SPED licensure and certification (verification required with application)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred
- Demonstrated experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
- Full-time availability throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to support student progress
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with all district and state standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed
