- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement therapy plans based on students’ needs, collaborating with teachers and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Provide training and consultation to educators and families, supporting carryover of strategies in home and classroom settings
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school regulations regarding special education services
