Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech, & Hearing, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialists
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license (verification required)
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship (CCC-SLP)
- Prior school-based experience is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
- Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress reports and IEP documentation
- Provide direct intervention services in a supportive, inclusive educational environment
Additional Details:
- Contract position onsite, not open to virtual or hybrid work
- Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
- Assignment primarily located in South San Jose
