Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Washington State
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate required
- Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping students
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and intervention for students with speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state/federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
