Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure (CCC required)
- Experience within school settings preferred
- Leadership/mentorship of SLP Assistants (SLPA) is a plus
- Familiarity with modern workload models is advantageous
Responsibilities/Duties
- Deliver speech and language therapy services across 2-3 schools
- Serve as the supervising SLP for at least one SLPA
- Participate in the district’s workload approach to ensure effective therapy delivery
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student progress
- Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation
