Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active CCC-SLP certification
- State SLP licensure or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Outstanding communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with faculty and parents
- Deliver group and individual therapies, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide ongoing consultation and support for teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
