Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Recent experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students identified with communication or speech needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Document progress, report findings, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Consult and educate teachers and parents to reinforce communication strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
