School Speech Language Pathologist - Stuart, Florida

Multiple positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking both full-time and part-time options across several campuses, with assignments ranging from elementary to high school grades. Each location offers a welcoming interdisciplinary team and opportunities to collaborate with fellow SLPs.
Assignments Include:
- Ft. Pierce Central HS: Full-time, high school caseload, onsite SLPA support two days a week. Maternity coverage needed September–December 18th.
- Tradition Lakes: Part-time (2 days/week, with the possibility to combine for full-time), 4th-8th grade caseload, SLP collaboration.
- Palm Pointe K-8: Full-time or four days/week, K-8 caseload including ASD units, team collaboration, maternity coverage October 5th–December 18th.
- Allapattah Flats PK-8: Full-time, 1st-4th grade and InD units, strong SLP team, maternity leave support late February/March–June 1st.
- St. Lucie West K-8: Full-time, middle school general education and shared ASD/EBD units, SLP team support.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Active Florida SLP license.
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to obtain district credentialing and fingerprint clearance (prior AHCA printing accepted).
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care within diverse school communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation; participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
This contract offers the flexibility to choose preferred hours (35 hours/week full-time or 14–21 hours/week part-time) and year-round engagement at supportive schools.
