Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Stuart, FL

What We’re Looking For:
- Current, active Florida SLP license
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Availability for both part-time (14-21 hours/week) and full-time (35 hours/week) commitments; part-time schedules may be combined
- Willingness to work onsite at one or more schools within the region
- Experience or comfort with caseloads ranging from PreK resource therapy to 8th grade
- Ability to complete and maintain district fingerprinting/background checks (may transfer if already in AHCA clearinghouse)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable as sole SLP or part of a team
What You’ll Do:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to assigned students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success
- Serve one to two buildings, depending on your assignment—caseloads vary by school
- Build rapport within supportive teams or act as the primary SLP resource
