We're searching for dedicated SLPs to work onsite in educational settings, supporting students with diverse communication needs. Required Qualifications:
- Valid Florida SLP license with appropriate teaching certification
- Ability to obtain district fingerprints
- Accepts SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY applicants
- SLP backgrounds in healthcare, schools, or pediatrics highly encouraged
- Prior experience in school settings is advantageous
- Bilingual skills recommended, especially for PreK evaluators
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy—caseload specifics discussed during interview
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ progress plans
- Adapt strategies to diverse cultural and linguistic needs
