Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Strongsville, Ohio

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in pediatric, school, or early childhood (PreK) settings
- Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit with teachers, families, and support staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to elementary and PreK students with diverse needs
- Conduct timely screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student eligibility and needs
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate session records, data tracking, and related documentation
- Foster an inclusive learning environment, adjusting strategies to suit developmental levels
- Consult regularly with teachers and parents, offering insight, support, and strategies for carryover in the classroom and at home
