Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP state licensure (Ohio or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates encouraged
- Previous experience working in schools is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Efficient documentation and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Assess, evaluate, and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines for documentation and reporting
