Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Georgia SLP license (required)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and therapy techniques for K-12 students
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation
- Ability to adhere to Georgia and district-specific guidelines for school-based SLP services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to guide intervention planning
- Evaluate student progress, maintain documentation, and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
