Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active or eligible Minnesota state licensure for SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with IEP development and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Passion for empowering students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in group and individual formats
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student learning and progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to student progress reviews
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team activities
