Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Experience with center-based or secondary transition-age populations preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to holistic student support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students aged 12-26 in a supportive, center-based setting
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy, both one-on-one and in small groups, tailored to meet unique student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices
