Step into an engaging opportunity to support students’ communication and language development in an educational setting for the 2026 to 2027 school year. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, caring team, serving children from pre-K through 8th grade across one to two school sites. This full-time contract role offers a regular schedule of 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), allowing you to make a meaningful impact—with ample support provided to help you succeed.

Key Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Connecticut
  • Passion for working with pre-K to 8th grade students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working across multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct, research-based speech therapy to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and related service staff
  • Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Attend meetings, participate in school-based support teams, and offer consultation as needed
