Required Qualifications:
- Valid State-specific credentials: Initial Educator Teacher Certification with Special Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as seasoned CCC-SLP therapists
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, eager to engage with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners across a K-12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation—one hour daily dedicated to paperwork
- Manage a caseload starting around 50-60 students, with adjustments possible throughout the school year
- Embrace opportunities for professional supervision and growth, with new graduates receiving dedicated support
- Serve 1-2 school sites, ensuring focused and consistent service delivery
