Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Meets state-specific requirements: Initial Educator Teacher Certification with Special Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based SLP experience
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 50-60 students (may increase during the year)
- Not accepting new graduates; experienced professionals only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in kindergarten through 8th grade
- Assess students’ individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Adapt caseload management as student needs evolve over the school year
