Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Educator certification required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized strategies for student success
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students on the caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other school staff
- Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to students’ unique needs
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of student progress and services delivered
- Communicate regularly with families, educators, and support staff to promote a collaborative approach to student development
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and school community activities as required
