What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
- Experience working within elementary and general education settings preferred
- Ability to design and implement a variety of communication and language interventions
- Collaborative mindset: work closely with educators, administration, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for referred students
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy in group and individual settings within the elementary and general education classrooms
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs
- Engaging families and caregivers in the therapy process
- Completing accurate and timely progress reports and IEP documentation
- Presenting clear reports and updates to school committees and colleagues, including Savannah and Jordan
