Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and create individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers and families to support student needs within the classroom and at home
