Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellows will be considered
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, organized, and passionate about student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans aligned with student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide support or training for school staff as needed
