- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for state licensure

- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills from other settings will be considered
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based therapy
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload documentation and progress tracking
