Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time school-based position in Greenwood, South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Position Details
- Caseload: Approximately 26 students
- Setting: School-based (K-12)
- Schools Served: 1–2 school locations
- Responsibilities: Typical SLP duties including therapy, evaluation, and IEP development
- Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (22.5 hours/week)
Qualifications
- Active or eligible South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, or special education preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
