Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligible for Washington State SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong commitment to working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support to students from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Engage with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
