Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred)
- Previous SLP experience in school environments strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work with K–8 or middle school caseloads
- Experience or familiarity with AAC devices a plus (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Openness to diverse student populations; bilingual skills welcome, but not required
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to caseload of students (varies by site)
- Conduct assessments, design and implement therapy plans, monitor progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Adapt to both virtual or in-person service models as needed
