Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC or CFY)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming and supportive school district in Sonoma, California for the 2026–2027 school year. We are open to both experienced SLPs (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) eager to build or continue their careers in a school-based setting.
Position Details:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Onsite position for the full school year
K–12 caseload (specific details provided during interview)
Collaborative team with strong support from staff and administration
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and speech/language assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and services
Provide direct therapy to students
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
CCCs preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
School-based experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
