ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Sacramento, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. We are open to both experienced SLPs (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking to gain strong school-based experience.
Position Details:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
K–12 caseload (details provided during interview)
Onsite position for the full school year
Collaborative team environment with support staff available
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services
Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending California SLP license
CCCs preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Prior school-based experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range: $55–$65/hour + depending on experience
