School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sonoma, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- California state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Track and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Provide consultation, resources, and training to staff and families regarding speech and language development
- Adapt materials and strategies to fit virtual or in-person learning as needed
