Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Santa Rosa, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in working with students of varied backgrounds
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to meet IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide holistic support
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support generalization of communication skills within the classroom and across environments
