This full-time contract position runs from August 2026 through May 2027, serving students from PreK through 8th grade. With caseloads to be determined, you’ll provide essential speech and language therapy services in a collaborative environment, supporting students’ success throughout the academic year.
Qualifications and Licensure—candidates must currently have:
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience—school-based SLP and comfort with caseloads spanning PreK-8th grade preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Create and implement effective IEPs and therapy plans
- Deliver one-on-one and group interventions based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student progress
- Accurately document services and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Attend meetings as needed and participate in school-based teams to support student learning
