Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active Arizona SLP License
- Valid AZ Educator Certification
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working as an SLP in a school setting (PreK-8th grade preferred)
- Ability to work onsite full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ speech and language goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to assigned caseload, which is determined upon placement
- Attend and participate in school meetings as needed
- Uphold compliance with federal, state, and district policies and procedures
