Qualifications & Required Licensure:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active Arizona SLP license
- Valid Arizona Educator Certificate
- IVP Fingerprint Card (must be present at time of application)
- Experience or interest in working with PreK–8th grade populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for PreK–8th grade students
- Deliver therapy sessions in compliance with established goals and district guidelines
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and family members
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
- Adjust approaches to serve diverse learners with evolving caseload details
