Key Qualifications:
- Hold active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Arizona SLP license
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Willingness and ability to be onsite throughout the school year
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in PreK through 8th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to foster student achievement
- Tackle a range of speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs as part of the caseload (to be determined)
