Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Solana Beach, California

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligible) California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare strongly valued
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm for supporting children with diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy in-person and via teletherapy to students across a range of ages and abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
