What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for California SLP Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings highly valued
- Teletherapy proficiency and openness to providing virtual services as needed
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Flexibility and creativity in developing personalized therapy solutions
What You’ll Do:
- Administer assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance, resources, and counseling to families and educators regarding communication strategies
