Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license valid in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, ideally at the elementary level, is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students succeed and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy services for elementary-age students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student goals
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate student records
- Engage in team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
- Communicate progress with students, families, and staff
