Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active SLP licensure valid in Georgia
- Prior experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and implement IEPs
- Comfortable providing onsite services
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct therapy sessions (individual and group), tracking student progress toward goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's success
- Participate in ongoing professional development
