Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- School-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Conduct screenings and deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Maintain thorough records and document student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and actively engage as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide guidance and support to educators and family members
