Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Open to CFs and seasoned SLPs
- Experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to a varied caseload of students
- Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district requirements
- Educate and guide families on strategies for support at home
