Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Yerington, Nevada

The role offers full-time hours and the chance to work with a manageable caseload of 55-60 students. School hours typically range from 8:30 AM–3:15 PM at elementary sites, and 7:30 AM–2:15 PM for secondary students, so you’ll know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for a Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in school-based therapy with pediatric populations
- Comfortable with healthcare and teletherapy practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in group and individual settings
- Assess, plan, and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain documentation and evaluation records per district/state requirements
- Participate in student progress meetings and multidisciplinary planning
- Engage students in creative, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
