Desired Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Delaware.
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) candidates.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric SLP, preferably in a school setting.
  • Skills engaging with both inclusion and some complex student needs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative services to a caseload of 40-45 elementary students, primarily inclusion with some complex cases.
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with teachers and other SLPs.
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Participate in school team meetings, ongoing professional learning, and family engagement.
